Trash bins (hidden in the garage is best)
Washing and pegs from clothes line
Sweep/remove stains from driveway and path
Groom lawns and gardens
Rake any leaves
Cover any dirt with mulch
Wipe clean outdoor furniture
Arrange cushions
Remove pool cover, cleaning equipment, pool cleaners, toys, any debris.

Video game equipment
DVDs
Any visible electrical cords
Books, magazines & additional clutter
Minimal cushions (neatly arranged)
Display coffee table books or homewares

Shower screen free of streaks
Double folded coordinated fresh towels
Adjust all taps to the center or side on

Clean all appliances (streak free)
Turn on oven light for extra ambiance
Everything off refrigerator
Set dining table with low height centerpiece

Hide small appliances and benchtop clutter
Child-proof equipment
Entry Area - Remove
Shoes, bags, floor mats, umbrellas, all clutter
Personnel
Please ensure that any contractors, landscaping or third-party crew are not present upon our arrival. We kindly request that the house be vacant and ready to be captured in all its beauty. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in ensuring a seamless photoshoot experience.
