This Privacy Policy explains what 90210 Visuals LLC ("90210 Visuals", "we", "us") collects from real estate agents, brokerages and homeowners who use our client portal at https://90210visuals.com and our iPhone and Android apps for it, and how we use it. We are a real estate photography and video studio; the portal exists to schedule shoots and deliver the photos, video, floor plans and property websites you order from us.

Mobile information and text-message consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only to send you the messages described below.

What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage and DRE license number when you or your office create your portal account; the property addresses, access details and homeowner contact details you enter when you book a shoot; the photos, video and other media we produce for you; invoices and payment status (card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store full card numbers); and the messages, texts and calls exchanged with the studio through the portal. We also keep ordinary usage records (pages opened, sign-in times, browser type) to keep the portal working and secure. On our public website we count visits so we know which areas and which ads bring people to us: a random identifier kept in your browser, the site or ad link you arrived from (including any campaign tags in it), your device type and approximate city, the pages you open, how far you scroll, the films you play and the buttons you tap. We do not store your IP address for this, and it is linked to you only if you send us a booking request.

Our iPhone and Android apps

The apps show the same account as the portal, and ask your phone's permission before they use any of the following. Notifications: your phone's notification address, so we can tell you about bookings, deliveries and messages. Photos and camera: only the photos and videos you choose to send or upload, and the media you choose to save to your phone. Location: only on the phones of our own team (the studio owner and the photographers who switch it on themselves): while that switch is on, during working hours and around their shoots, the app keeps a log of where the phone was, also with the app closed, so the drive between shoots and the times each shoot was reached and left are recorded. That log is seen only by the studio's owner and is never shown to clients. Clients' apps do not collect location. Microphone and contacts: on the studio's own phones only, for calls on the studio's phone line and to pick a contact to call or text. Face ID: handled entirely by your phone; nothing about it reaches us. If an app closes unexpectedly, it sends us a short technical report (the app version, the phone model and where it stopped) so we can fix it.

How we use it

To schedule, confirm and carry out your shoots; to deliver your media and build your property websites; to send you confirmations, reminders and delivery notices; to invoice you; to answer your questions; and to keep your account secure. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick "Text me about my shoots" in your portal account, or text START to (530) 255-7640, we will send text messages to the mobile number on your account about your own shoots, videos and messages: booking confirmations, reminders, a note when the photographer is on the way, a note when media is ready, and one-time verification codes when you ask for them. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help, or call us at (530) 255-7640. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service, telephone carrier and payment processor, is permitted only so they can perform those services for us, and each receives only what it needs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The property websites and media links you choose to publish are, by design, visible to the people you share them with. We may disclose information when required by law.

Keeping it and keeping it safe

We keep your account, shoot and media records for as long as you are a client and for our usual business records afterwards; you can delete your account yourself in the app (Android or iPhone: More › My account › Delete my account) or on the web under My account, or ask us to delete it at any time (see Delete your account). When an account is deleted it can no longer sign in; the shoot, invoice and message records we must keep for our business stay with us. The portal is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access codes for properties are shown only to the people who need them.

Your choices

You can change your name, phone number and notification settings, including text messages, at any time under My account in the portal. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email or call us using the details below.
