Terms and Conditions | 90210 Visuals

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 90210 Visuals LLC ("90210 Visuals", "we", "us") client portal at https://90210visuals.com and the photography, video and related services you order through it. By signing in or booking a shoot you agree to them.

The portal

The portal is for real estate agents, brokerages and their clients to request and manage shoots, download delivered media, view invoices and message the studio. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses, access details and contact details you enter, and for having permission to give us a homeowner's contact details.

Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

A booking request becomes a confirmed appointment when we confirm the date and time in the portal. You may reschedule or cancel from the portal or by contacting us; please give as much notice as you can, and where a shoot cannot go ahead because the property is not ready or accessible at the confirmed time, a trip or reshoot fee may apply as shown on your quote.

Media, licensing and payment

Photos, video, floor plans, virtual tours and property websites are delivered through the portal. Downloads and links unlock once the invoice for that shoot is paid. Delivered media is licensed to the ordering agent and brokerage for marketing the specific property photographed; 90210 Visuals LLC keeps the copyright and may use the images in its own portfolio unless you ask us not to. Prices, turnaround times and what each package includes are shown in the portal at the time of booking.

SMS Terms

Program name: 90210 Visuals shoot updates, sent by 90210 Visuals LLC.

What you will receive: when you opt in, text messages from 90210 Visuals about your own shoots, videos and portal messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, a note when the photographer is on the way, a note when your media is ready, replies to texts you send us, and one-time verification codes when you request them. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt in: tick "Text me about my shoots" under My account in the portal (it is off by default and only you can tick it), or text START to (530) 255-7640. Either way you receive one confirmation text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service from us.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your bookings; typically a few messages around each shoot.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation text and no further texts. You can also untick the box under My account, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your privacy: see our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to upload unlawful content, to access other people's shoots or media, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability and changes

We do our best to shoot and deliver on time, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as a delayed listing or lost sale, and our liability for any shoot is limited to the amount you paid for it. The portal is provided as is; we may change these terms or the portal itself, and the date at the top shows when they were last updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
