Text messages from 90210 Visuals

How people opt in to our texts, what we send, and how to stop. This page is public so anyone, including carriers and reviewers, can see the exact consent flow.

Who receives texts

Only real estate agents who have booked a shoot with 90210 Visuals and have a client-portal account, and who then opt in themselves. We never buy, rent or import phone lists, and we never send marketing or promotional texts. Message content is limited to the agent's own appointments: booking confirmations, a reminder the day before, an "on my way" notice with the arrival time, and a notice when their photos or videos are ready. If someone texts our studio number first, we reply to that conversation; a caller to our studio line can also ask for a one-time verification code, which is sent only when they request it on the call.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected on the My account page of the client portal (portal.90210visuals.com/account, sign-in required). The agent types their own mobile number, ticks the unchecked box labelled "Text me about my shoots", and presses Save. Nobody else can tick it for them, it is never pre-checked, and it is not required to use the portal. This is what the agent sees:

The disclosure printed beside the checkbox reads:

By ticking this you agree to receive text messages from 90210 Visuals at the mobile number above about your own shoots, videos and messages: confirmations, reminders, and when media is ready. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help. Your number is never shared or used for marketing. See our SMS terms and privacy policy.

After saving, the agent receives one confirmation text: "90210 Visuals: You are opted in to texts about your shoots (confirmations, reminders, media ready). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

What the messages look like

  • 90210 Visuals: Shoot confirmed - 1500 Hilltop on 01/01 at 9:00AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • 90210 Visuals: Reminder - your shoot at 1500 Hilltop is tomorrow at 9:00AM. Please have the home ready. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • 90210 Visuals: On my way - Harrison expects to arrive at 1500 Hilltop around 9:00AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • 90210 Visuals: Media ready - photos for 3090 Howard Dr are in your portal. portal.90210visuals.com/g/… Reply STOP to opt out.
  • 90210 Visuals: Your verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

Frequency, rates, opting out and help

Message frequency varies with the agent's bookings; a typical shoot produces two to four texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we send one final text confirming the opt-out and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, email bookings@90210visuals.com or call (530) 255-7640. The same checkbox on the My account page can be unticked at any time.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except to the extent needed to deliver the messages.
